Emergency Room Advocacy

Emergency Room advocacy is available in Nassau County for all victims, at any age, of rape, sexual assault and domestic violence. Trained  advocates are available to meet sexual assault and domestic violence victims at all hospitals in Nassau County to offer crisis intervention, counseling, support, information and assistance while accompanying the victim as they undergo their medical procedures.

This 24 hour, free and confidential service can be accessed by calling the hotline at 516-542-0404.
